Sometimes it’s just about color

More snaps from Spain and Portugal. Aside from some details in Seville’s Real Alczazar and morning sunlight kissing Lisbon there’s nothing famous in this selection. They really are just about the–not always bright–colors.

  9. Enjoyed the pictures. Not as colorful as India though. Is India the most colorful country of all? Just wondering…

  15. You went south–we went north, Portugal and Spain last December. Put this on your to go list: there are hundreds, yes, hundreds, of prehistoric sites in northern Spain. To stand in a dim cave and see horses, bison, etc. painted on a wall, and share with that unknown humanoid with a carbon stick in his hand, who first glimpsed a blank wall and thought, I can leave a record here–it sent shivers down my spine–and still does!
